The desk
The Ridgeline desk, the guide's editorial team, keeps these pages. Its work goes out under that shared credit, and no personal name appears anywhere. As an independent guide, Ridgeline is no casino: it does not handle bets or open accounts.
Each paid link is marked Ad, sits only on the home page and earns the site a commission. All of them go to one private online casino, a partner that may be replaced, separate from PlayNow and neither operated nor licensed by British Columbia. No venue pays Ridgeline, and neither do BC Ferries, BC Transit, BCLC, PlayNow or any help service.
How the details are checked
The Ridgeline desk checked each detail separately on October 7, 2026, against official records and the venue's own website. A few venue sites refuse automated reading. In those cases the facts come from archived versions of those pages, and the hours carry a last published note with the month. All hours are local time as published: Pacific across BC, Mountain at Casino of the Rockies in Cranbrook. Holiday hours do not appear here, so readers should check the venue's own site.
Every distance is a straight line between two OpenStreetMap coordinates, worked out by the guide itself; none is a driving distance. Travel times are taken only from BC Ferries' own pages. When official pages disagree on a figure, the guide either drops it or notes that the pages differ.
About the pictures
Parq Casino and River Rock Casino Resort carry free-licence photographs, each credited beneath the picture. The painted River Rock pier is drawn after a GoToVan photo and credited the same way. The pages of Cascades Casino Langley, Elements Casino Surrey and Hastings Casino show drawings made after photographs of the real places.
All other pictures were made with image software, not a camera, from the region landscapes to the figures on venue pages. The people in them are invented, and none was made at a casino. A tag on a picture holds one checked fact of its page, such as a straight-line distance or hours. In the home page's first screen the tag gives the Pacific clock; further down, a ferry sailing time.
